It’s no great surprise to see Jose Reyes hitting triples and the New York Mets scoring a lot of runs. The Mets’ pitchers are keeping pace, and that is a surprise. Oliver Perez gave up only five hits in seven strong innings and Reyes was 3-for-6 with two triples and four RBIs to help the Mets beat the Atlanta Braves 11-1 Friday night.
