    The older brother of New York Yankees manager Joe Torre was recovering Tuesday afternoon after kidney transplant surgery with an organ donated by his daughter. New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia said in a statement that 75-year-old Frank Torre was “out of surgery and doing well.” The hospital said it was not releasing any further information on Torre, who underwent a heart transplant 11 years…
