The Washington Nationals put right-hander Jerome Williams back on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday after one start and selected left-hander Billy Traber’s contract from Triple-A Columbus. The Nationals also transferred first baseman Nick Johnson from the 15-day to the 60-day DL to make room on the 40-man roster for Traber.
