The Atlanta Braves offered salary arbitration to left-handed relief pitcher Ron Mahay on Friday and, as expected, declined to offer arbitration to outfielder Andruw Jones. The 36-year-old Mahay was 1-0 with a 2.25 ERA in 30 games with the Braves following a July 31 trade from Texas, where he was 2-0 with a 2.77 ERA in 28 games.
